MEET OUR TEAM
Megan Hall
Megan Hall is a Florida Licensed home inspector and owner of True Home Inspections, Inc. She and her husband have three beautiful children Rusty, Jensen and Jake and her dog, June. Megan is a Vero Beach native. She graduated from Indian River State College with a Bachelors in Science degree in Organizational Management with a focus in Social Media Marketing. She then went on to become the marketing and sales director for a medical supply company. During this time, she and her husband began to purchase, renovate and sell homes in their community. This is when her interest in becoming a home inspector and business owner came about. She knew she could make a difference in the home inspection industry through great customer service, attention to detail and some good ole grit. Megan is certified by ICA School, one of the premier inspection schools in North America. She is also certified and trained in sewer scope inspections. She is a member of InterNACHI, the world’s leading association for home inspectors as well as a member and Registered Professional Inspector with FABI, Florida Association of Building Inspectors. Megan is a member of Space Coast Association of Realtors “SCAR”. Being a female entrepreneur with the desire to continuously improve and learn, Megan continues to break the mold of the traditional home inspector by bringing a fresh approach and new perspective to the industry.
Anthony D’Alonzo
Anthony D’Alonzo is a licensed home inspector and partner at True Home Inspections with more than 20 years of real-world construction experience. Born in Southwest Philadelphia and raised in South Jersey, Anthony learned early the value of hard work, craftsmanship, and accountability.
After graduating from Universal Technical Institute in Automotive Technology, Anthony spent 10 years operating his father’s fencing company before moving into large-scale commercial installations as Head Installer and Quality Control Manager at Exhibit Systems International. His role included building complex custom structures and traveling across the country — and even internationally — to oversee professional installations. It was during one of these projects in Vancouver, Canada that he met his wife. Today they’re proud parents to their daughter, Carmela, and dog owners to Max.
Anthony’s construction background spans framing, roofing, carpentry, drywall, tile, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, and full interior renovations. One of his most impactful experiences was completely remodeling his family’s 1932 home in New Jersey down to the studs. Discovering major issues after moving in — issues that could have been identified during a proper inspection — motivated Anthony to become a home inspector.
That experience drives his passion today: helping homebuyers understand exactly what they’re purchasing and preventing costly surprises after closing. As a partner at True Home Inspections, Anthony delivers detailed, honest inspections backed by decades of hands-on building knowledge and a genuine commitment to protecting clients.
Colin Hall
Colin Hall is a Florida Licensed home inspector and Certified General Contractor. Colin owns True Construction & Restoration. He is happily married to his sweetheart, Megan and he is a proud father to his three children Rusty, Jensen and Jake. Colin was born in Saint Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands and grew up in Pompano Beach, FL. He graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a double major in marketing and management. Colin then completed his Master’s in Business Administration degree in International Business from the University of North Florida where he completed three of the semesters overseas. Colin Then went on to become a territory manager and community liaison for a statewide homecare company. During this time, Colin also became a Certified General Contractor for the state of Florida and Licensed Home Inspector. With a combined 15 years in the construction industry Colin has a wide range of knowledge and skills to accurately recommend the appropriate action for discovered deficiencies. Colin’s background in sales, marketing and management combined with his extensive knowledge in the construction industry helps True Home Inspections set the bar for the local inspection industry.
Lindsay Dabkowski
Office Manager
Lindsay Dabkowski has been a valued member of the True Home Inspections team since 2021 and serves as our Office Manager, keeping daily operations running smoothly while delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Born and raised in Brevard County, Lindsay has deep roots in the local community and a strong understanding of the area’s homes, neighborhoods, and families. She is married and the proud mom of four children, and she stays actively involved in the community by volunteering with her sons’ baseball and football leagues.
Growing up, Lindsay learned the fundamentals of construction while working alongside her father, who was a general contractor for more than 45 years. That hands-on exposure gave her a solid understanding of residential construction, attention to detail, and the importance of quality workmanship — experience that continues to benefit our clients and inspection team today.
Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys spending time at church serving in the nursery and relaxing on the golf course when time allows. Her organization, reliability, and genuine care for people make her an essential part of the True Home Inspections family and a trusted point of contact for our customers.
